Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to external factors. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a mistake on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days for a resolution.

Lisa’s Print Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of using our products or services. For instance, if there is an error in your order that leads to financial loss or if the delivery is delayed, we cannot be held liable for those issues. For example, if you paid $100 for an order, the maximum amount you could claim from us would be $100.
